Several days ago I was able to get out on possibly the best day for far this year for cycling Minnesota. The whether was simply amazing with warm tempatures (but it was not too hot) hardly any breeze at all and it was not too humid! It was a great day and I was smiles the entire ride which took me through Wayzata, and into Long Lake as I headed toward country roads 6 and 24.
I was also able to improve my overall average speed (for riding alone this year) and finally broke the 15 miles per hour mark that I have been shooting for. Today I am also planning on getting out on my bike for a nice 25 or 30 mile ride. The weather looks great again after several days of rain.
Stats From Last Ride:
Trip: 25.8 Miles
Time: 1:41:34
Max MPH: 31.9
Average Speed: 15.2
Temp: 72 degrees
