Several years ago I discovered Graham Watson, who is one of the greatest cycling photographers of the last 25 years. “20 Years” is a great collection by Watson which outlines how he found his calling as a professional photographer. There are some amazing images from the past 20 years, pictures from the spring classics to the grand tours and of course the Tour de France.
This is one of my favorite books, these images convey so much … if your into cycling this is an excellent “coffee table” cycling book.
Graham Watson: 20 Years of Cycling Photography
Graham Watson: 20 Years of Cycling Photography This sumptuous collection of over 250 photographs captures the white-knuckle drama of sports cycling. Legends like Eddy Merckx, Miguel Indurain, Greg Lemond, and Lance Armstrong are caught at the height of their powers. Watson, an accomplished cyclist himself, explains how he achieved special shots and managed to work from inside the races.
