Chalk up another major tour win for American cyclist Bobby Julich who is having one of his best years in cycling in quite a long time, last year saw the return of the American who placed third about 5 years ago in the Tour de France.
The American Julich just won his second major tour this year winning the Benelux tour in Belgium (he also won the Paris Nice Tour in the spring) as he narrowly beat out Erik Kekkar who riders for Rabobank.
