Another Quick 10 Mile Ride

Hit the streets again today and enjoyed some fresh air away from the office. Their was a slight breeze and the tempatures was about 72 degrees. I still hurt a bit as I am riding, my goal is to ride easy 10 miles or so for two weeks or so (4 to 5 times a week).

Hopefully after that time I will be a bit quicker and not have sore legs all the darn time! It is not easy getting back into shape when you have not really worked out in so darn long, heck at least I am out their doing it!
